CORE CRITERIA

High-pressure oil pumps
In order to receive warranty and / or core credit, the units must meet following criteria.
1. Model year for model year
2. No prior disassembly
3. No missing components
4. No external damage (damage due to fire)
5. Returned with-in 1 year
6. Units must be returned with connection fittings
7. Units not meeting the above criteria, will receive no core credit and will be discarded

Starters and Alternators
In order to receive warranty and / or store core credit, the units must meet following criteria.
1. Core and warranty units not returned in the original box will receive no credit.
2. Disassembled or broken warranty units will receive full core credit only.
3. Disassembled or un-re-buildable cores will receive no core credit.
4. Broken cores will receive 50% core credit only.
5. Units not meeting the above criteria, will receive no core credit and will be discarded.

Warranty:
One year warranty, unlimited mileage/hrs. Refer to Section 8 of the procedure manual for additional warranty information. No R&R and or contingent liability warranty.

* All questions relating to the repair of the 7.3L Powerstroke should be referred to the OE service manual.
